What's included with your hanging illuminated sign purchase:
When providing your logo, a vector file is required. If this is not available, please upload the logo file that you have, and we'll contact you if needed.
When installing your hanging bar to the wall you must supply fixings suitable for your chosen wall surface.
For overhead, outdoor installs, ensure all connectors are installed and secured to withstand wind and vibration. Our hanging kits use rated 316/A4 stainless screw-pin D-shackles; seat the pin fully, spanner-tighten to snug, then positively secure it using the shackle’s mousing point with stainless lock-wire (seizing) or a suitable medium-strength thread-locker. Keep loads in-line (avoid side-loading), set equal chain lengths, and apply a small witness mark across the pin and body to spot movement on checks. We recommend a secondary stainless safety tether as a fail-safe. Inspect fixings after 48 hours, then every 3–6 months and after storms, replacing any worn parts with rated 316 components.
Your illuminated hanging sign is supplied with a 3m three core flex black tail which will need to be fitting with a plug or wired directly into your main electricity source. This must be completed by a certified electrician.
