Product Details
All of our MDF is sourced from sustainable FSC accredited suppliers. It is an internal use product and as such is not suitable for external use or in wet conditions. However, you can treat your MDF after with stains and varnishes to enable it to be more resistant to moisture and wet environments.
We ensure that all of our MDF sheets have a smooth sanded finish to the face and any exposed edges. All MDF sheets are then printed directly to the surface using UV cured white and colour digital inks.
We can also spray paint MDF sheets to any RAL colour prior to printing if you wish for a solid colour edge and back. We can also band edges of MDF panels if you wish to create a specific colour or finish without the need for spraying. Please note that this is an additional cost.
