Supplying artwork for printed wall graphics 

Please supply your artwork as one single file and our studio team will split it into drops where necessary. We will indicate on our PDF proof where the joins will be on your finished custom wall covering. We advise any images or photos that are used are at least 100dpi to retain the highest quality, any lower may result in a loss of quality when printed. To maintain the highest quality, any text, logos or patterns will ideally be supplied in vector format. 

Artwork Checklist 

• All photographic images (jpg, png) are at least 100dpi at full size. 
• Logos, text, patterns are ideally supplied in vector format 
• Fonts are outlined 
• Bleed is included in the design
• One file is supplied per element, ideally as a PDF, AI, EPS or high res JPG.

Advice when installing wall graphics

Preparation of your wall surface is critical to a successful installation of your new bespoke wall graphics. If you don't have experience with installing wall graphics we would suggest that you speak to our team before placing your order so we can advise you on materials and how you can ensure you are ready to install. 

Wall Preparation will vary from surface to surface and dependent on what material you have chosen to use. Whether you choose vinyl, paper, fabric or a heat application film, the installation process will differ. Printed vinyl wall graphics are the most affordable option for most commercial projects. Our standard printed vinyl with laminate starts from £36 per panel. For a typical office feature wall of around 3m x 2.5m, expect to spend £150-£300 on material depending on the graphic complexity and laminate finish.

Repositionable fabric graphics - like the Phototex Wall Fabric range - start from £61 per panel. Fabric is a popular choice for offices and serviced spaces because it peels off cleanly without damaging the wall, making it ideal for tenants or businesses that rebrand frequently. A reception feature wall in Phototex typically costs £200-£400.

Printed wallpaper murals start from £23, making them one of the most cost-effective ways to cover large wall areas. For seamless single-piece wall coverings, the Digimura One starts from £36. A full corridor mural in a school or office at 10m x 2.5m would typically cost £500-£800 for materials.

Cut vinyl lettering and graphics start from £31 and are often the best-value option for logo applications, quotes, or simple branded text on reception walls. A reception logo in cut vinyl typically costs £50-£150 depending on size and colour complexity.

How long do printed wall graphics last?

Indoor wall graphics typically last 5-10 years depending on the material and conditions. Standard printed vinyl with laminate lasts 5-7 years in normal office conditions. Phototex repositionable fabric lasts 3-5 years and can be repositioned or replaced easily. Printed wallpaper murals in low-traffic areas can last 7-10+ years.
