The buying and selling of products is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a law protecting both the consumer (you) and the trader (us).
If you find a fault within the first 30 days of receiving your order the regulations state that we are obliged to issue a refund or a replacement. Here at UK Sign Shop we’re entirely confident in our personalised product range, so if a fault develops we are more than happy to extend this commitment to 60 days for the affected item.
If a personalised product is not faulty and is ‘as stated’ on the website, under the terms of the regulation we do not have to accept the return of the item (Section 28b).
In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with an item you’ve received, please contact us via live chat to discuss your complaint as your happiness is our priority.
Your right to cancel an order for non-personalised goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your non-personalised product develops a fault you have 30 days from receiving the goods to notify us. We will then offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. For more details read the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
