Full-colour digital print on white ACM faces, your design is printed onto white aluminium composite panels rather than directly onto the wood, giving you accurate, vibrant colour reproduction with a clean, consistent finish on both sides.
Drywipe laminate over the print, a dry-erase laminate is applied over the printed ACM face, creating a smooth writable surface that lets you add daily content with a dry-wipe marker and wipe it clean again without disturbing the printed design beneath.
ACM faces mounted to a 12mm birch plywood A-board frame, the printed drywipe faces are bonded to a solid FSC-certified European Birch face plywood structure — the same frame used in our standard wooden A-board range — giving you the warmth and character of a wooden board with the durability and writability of an ACM surface.

PDF artwork proof before production begins
Artwork for the printed design should be supplied as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF with outlines) or a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 100dpi or above at final print size. Text must be outlined if your file is vector-based. A PDF proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.
The drywipe laminate is designed for use with standard dry-erase markers. For best results, use quality dry-erase or chalk markers rather than permanent markers. If permanent marker is accidentally used, most residue can be removed with an isopropyl alcohol wipe — test in an inconspicuous area first. Avoid abrasive cloths or cleaning sprays that could scratch the laminate surface over time.
The printed design beneath the laminate is permanent and forms the background of the sign. Write your daily content over the top and wipe it clean as often as needed. The printed layer is not affected by normal dry-erase use.
This product is guaranteed for indoor use. The plywood frame and ACM faces can tolerate light outdoor conditions, but we recommend bringing the board inside during rainfall and storing it indoors when not in use to prolong its life. If you need a fully outdoor-rated board, contact us to discuss options.
This product is available in 550 x 800mm only. For a larger unprinted A-board frame, our Wooden A-Board DIY Kit is available in 550 x 800mm and 750 x 1100mm.
Remove the board from its packaging. The ACM faces will be mounted to the plywood frame and the board will arrive assembled, ready to use.
Open the board to your preferred display angle. The side chains will engage automatically to hold the board stable at the correct opening.
Write your daily content onto the drywipe surface using a dry-erase or chalk marker. Allow the marker to dry for a few seconds before use to avoid smudging.
To wipe content clean, use a dry cloth or standard dry-erase board eraser. For stubborn residue, a damp cloth or a gentle wipe with isopropyl alcohol will remove most marks.
Fold the board flat for storage or transport by lifting the chains clear of the side frame and folding the two panels together.
