The white aluminium composite sign panel cut to shape is one of our most popular signs, especially for external use. Great for building fascias, shop fronts, and offices, our printed aluminium signs are designed to last.
- 3mm ACM panel consists of aluminium liners and a black composite core.
- Lightweight but rigid and robust.

CNC cut to shape, you will need supply a vector cut path indicating the shape your require. Please note we use a 3mm cutting bit so small radius will be visible on sharp internal angle.
DELIVERY UPDATE - Due to overnight courier shipping issues, all graphics over 1500x1200mm in size will be split into equal sections.
Graphics which are collected can be supplied 2400x1200mm, we can also supply a cost for delivery on our dedicated vehicle at £1.50 per mile from ME10 2NH
Your white aluminium cut to shape sign will be produced using high quality white aluminum composite panel, this sheet material consists of aluminum liners either side of a PVC composite core. This unique structure offers a sign material that has many significant benefits.
Composite white aluminum sign panels are extremely durable. They are not prone to any cracking or shattering. Our cut to size white aluminium signs are also lightweight in comparison to sheet metal making them easier to install. With the sign panel consisting of aluminum and composite PVC, it is not prone to rusting as you might get with other metal signs.
Your cut to shape white aluminium sign will be printed using UV cured inks which are suitable for both internal and external use. UV inks offer market-leading longevity and are known for their strong colour fastness and resistance to damage. Our UV inks are a silk finish, they are not glossy or flat matt but a nice middle ground which compliments a wide range of material finishes.
Your sign will be printed on 3mm white aluminium composite sheet, you can request this to be either a matt or gloss material but all printed areas will be a satin finish where there is ink.
