Your logo will be digitally UV printed onto the face of the plywood panel using the latest UV cured digital inks. Please note that the wood soaks up some of the ink so the colours may be less vibrant than would appear on the screen. Please refer to our main photo as an example of this.
When providing your logo, a vector file is required. If this is not available, please upload the logo file that you have, and we'll contact you if needed.
Your cut to shape plywood sign will be printed and cut from B/BB grade sustainably sourced birch plywood. This high grade of plywood ensures a beautiful grain and is typically light in appearance.

Before we print your plywood sign, all of our panels are sanded to the face and edges to ensure a smooth and professional finish.
Plywood signs have a unique grain on the face of the material and also a unique edge, consisting of different glued layers creating that desired striped plywood edge look.
Plywood Shape Cutting
All of our plywood signage is cut on our industry-leading AXYZ Trident CNC. This machine offers the most incredible detail when cutting plywood to shape.
When ordering a cut to size plywood sign please make sure that you supply a cut file in either AI or DXF format. If you do not have access to these files types, our studio team will be able to help you create them but this might incur an additional cost.
