Made to order in the UK, produced at our own facility from Perspex cast acrylic sheet, cut and printed in-house so lead times stay tight and quality stays consistent.
Matt black finish, 5mm thick, a non-reflective surface that works well in professional settings where gloss would create distracting reflections in artificial or natural light.
Cut to your dimensions, rectangular profile as standard with square or radius corner options, plus a custom shape cut if you need something more specific. Please supply a vector cut path for contour cuts.
UV digital full-colour print, high-quality UV inks printed directly onto the panel face with a white base where required, so every colour in your design reads true against the dark background.
100% waterproof, UV inks cure hard and bond permanently to the acrylic surface, making this panel equally suited to indoor and outdoor permanent installation.
Choice of fixings, no fixings, aluminium wall spacers (20mm standoff), VHB tape or button-fix locators, selected at checkout to suit your surface and installation method.

Artwork should be supplied as a vector file or a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 100dpi or above at final size. Text should be outlined if working in a vector application. If you need design support, a layout service and full design service are both available at checkout.
The matt finish eliminates the surface reflections that can make a gloss sign harder to read in bright or directional lighting. If your installation area has overhead spotlights, large windows or direct sunlight, matt will almost always read more clearly than gloss.
When aluminium wall spacers are selected, the panel is supplied pre-drilled with 8mm fixing holes, standardly one in each corner at 25mm centres. Larger panels may require additional standoffs, which will be indicated on your proof for approval before production.
Minimum size: 100 x 100mm. Maximum size: 2000mm wide x 1500mm tall. The standard thickness is 5mm.
Remove the panel from its packaging and peel away the protective masking film from the face and reverse.
If you selected aluminium wall spacers, mark the hole positions on the wall using the locations shown on your production proof. Drill and rawl plug as required, fit the standoff bases, offer the panel over them and tighten the caps.
If you selected VHB tape, clean the wall surface with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry. Remove the tape backing and press the panel firmly to the wall. Apply steady pressure across the full face for at least 30 seconds. VHB tape requires a smooth, sealed surface and is not suitable for rough render, bare brick or porous substrates.
If you selected button-fix locators, use the supplied template to mark and drill the female cup positions on the wall. Tap the cups in, align the male locators on the panel reverse and press firmly into place.
