Made to order in the UK, produced at our own in-house facility from premium Perspex cast acrylic sheet, so quality is consistent from first sign to last.
Matt black finish, 5mm thick, a non-reflective surface that eliminates glare and keeps your design looking sharp in all lighting conditions, from bright retail floors to softly lit reception areas.
Laser cut to your exact shape, contour cut to one external outline with clean, polished edges that catch the light evenly around the full perimeter of the sign.
UV digital full-colour print, colour and white UV inks applied directly to the matt face, giving vivid, accurate colour reproduction on a dark substrate.
White backing choice, no white, spot white (selected areas only) or flood white (full print area), so you control exactly how your colours read against the black background.
Choice of fixings, aluminium wall spacers that stand the sign 20mm proud of the wall, VHB tape for a direct adhesive fix, or button-fix locators for a clean mechanical fit.
Indoor and outdoor use, UV inks cure hard and resist fading in sunlight and rain, making this sign as reliable outside as it is in.

PDF artwork proof before production begins
Artwork should be supplied as a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF with outlines) or a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 100dpi or above at full print size. Text must be outlined if your file is vector-based. The cut path follows one external outline, so highly intricate designs or shapes with internal cut-outs may not be achievable. If any element of your design cannot be laser cut, our studio team will discuss substituting it with vinyl rather than hold up your order.
The matt finish differs from our glossy black acrylic range. It reads cleaner in naturally lit spaces, on bright shop floors, and in reception areas with overhead spotlighting, where a gloss surface might create unwanted reflections. If you are unsure which finish suits your space, get in touch and we can help you decide.
Minimum size: 100 x 100mm. Maximum size: 2000mm wide x 1500mm tall. The standard thickness is 5mm.
Remove the sign from its packaging and peel away any protective masking film from the face and reverse.
If you selected aluminium wall spacers, mark the hole positions on the wall using the locations shown on your production proof. Drill and rawl plug as required, then fit the standoff bases. Offer the sign over the bases and tighten the caps to lock it in place.
If you selected VHB tape, clean the wall surface thoroughly with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry fully. Remove the tape backing from the sign and press it firmly to the wall. Apply steady pressure across the full face for at least 30 seconds. VHB tape requires a smooth, sealed surface and is not suitable for rough render, painted brick or porous substrates.
If you selected button-fix locators, use the template supplied to mark and drill the female cup positions on the wall. Tap the cups into the holes, then align the male locators on the sign reverse and press firmly into place.
