“Excellent, easy to use website. Good communication with regards to logo quality. Sign arrived in good time, is good quality and looks good at our office.”
5mm gloss white Perspex cast acrylic, a premium light-reflective substrate that gives your sign a sharp, polished look and a clean glass-like edge around the full perimeter.
UV digital full-colour print direct to the face, high-quality UV inks applied directly to the white acrylic surface, delivering accurate, vibrant colour reproduction without the need for a white ink flood or spot layer.
White substrate does the work, because the material is white, your artwork colours print true to screen without any additional white ink layer — making this the most straightforward substrate for full-colour designs, photographic imagery and brand-critical colours.
Made in the UK, produced at our own in-house facility from branded Perspex cast acrylic sheet, so quality is consistent and lead times stay short.
Three cutting options, choose a square cut for a clean rectangular panel, radius corners for a softer architectural finish, or a contour shape cut to follow the outline of your logo or graphic.
Completely waterproof, UV inks cure hard to the acrylic surface and resist fading in sunlight and rain, making this panel equally suited to sheltered outdoor locations as well as interior use.
Choice of fixings, supplied plain, with aluminium wall spacers that stand the sign 20mm from the wall, or VHB tape for a direct adhesive fix.
Approved Perspex fabricator, our team works exclusively with branded cast acrylic and has the expertise to cut and print to a standard that holds up close-up as well as from a distance.

PDF artwork proof before production begins
Artwork should be supplied as a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF with outlines) or a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 100dpi or above at full print size. Text must be outlined if your file is vector-based. If you can only supply a rasterised file, upload what you have and our studio team will assess it and contact you if a higher-resolution version is needed before we go to print.
Because the substrate is white, your artwork colours will print much as they appear on screen, without the need to add a white ink flood or spot layer. This makes gloss white acrylic the most straightforward substrate for complex, full-colour designs and photographic imagery. If your artwork includes very light or pastel tones, they will read cleanly on the white surface in a way they might not on a dark acrylic alternative.
The gloss surface is bright and reflective. In spaces with strong overhead or directional lighting, this can create a degree of glare when viewed from certain angles. If your installation area has this kind of lighting, a matt white acrylic panel may suit better. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the options.
Contour shape cut follows one external outline. Highly intricate designs or shapes with internal cut-outs may not be achievable with a laser cut path. If any element of your design cannot be contour cut, our studio team will discuss the best approach before production begins.
This panel is suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor use. UV inks are fully waterproof and fade-resistant. For exposed outdoor locations, consider whether a protective anti-graffiti laminate is appropriate for your application.
Minimum size: 100 x 100mm. Maximum size: 2000mm wide x 1500mm tall. Standard thickness: 5mm.
Remove the panel from its packaging and peel away any protective masking film from the face and reverse.
If you selected aluminium wall spacers, mark the hole positions on the wall using the locations shown on your production proof. Drill and rawl plug as required, then fit the standoff bases. Offer the panel over the bases and tighten the caps to hold it in place.
If you selected VHB tape, clean the wall surface thoroughly with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry fully. Remove the tape backing from the panel and press it firmly to the wall. Apply steady pressure across the full face for at least 30 seconds. VHB tape requires a smooth, sealed surface and is not suitable for rough render, painted brick or porous substrates.
If you are self-fixing without supplied fixings, ensure your chosen method is appropriate for the panel weight and wall substrate before installation.
