“Excellent, easy to use website. Good communication with regards to logo quality. Sign arrived in good time, is good quality and looks good at our office.”
750mm straight projecting bracket, black powder-coated steel, mounts flush to the wall and extends the sign panel out from the building face, putting your brand in clear view of pedestrian traffic and passing trade from both directions along the street.
600 x 600mm 19mm white foam PVC panel, a rigid, lightweight white panel that takes UV print cleanly across the full face, giving your design an accurate, vibrant result without the weight of heavier substrates.
Black powder-coated hanging frame, a folded steel frame pre-drilled and countersunk to take the panel, with hanging loops that connect directly to the bracket and keep the panel sitting flat and level.
5mm stainless steel quicklinks, rated stainless steel quick links connect the hanging frame to the bracket loops, giving a secure, tidy connection with no visible fixings on the panel face.
UV full-colour digital print, your artwork reproduced at high resolution across the complete 600 x 600mm panel face, with accurate colour reproduction on the white foam PVC substrate and no border restrictions.
Single or double-sided print available, choose single-sided for wall-adjacent installations or add double-sided print at checkout for full visibility from both directions along the pavement.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the powder-coated steel bracket and frame withstand outdoor conditions, and foam PVC handles normal UK weather with ease.
Complete kit, ready to install, everything arrives together — bracket, hanging frame, panel and quicklinks — so the only thing you need to supply are the wall fixings suited to your building.
1 x 750mm straight projecting bracket (black powder-coated steel)
1 x Black powder-coated hanging frame for 600mm foam PVC panel
1 x 600 x 600mm 19mm white foam PVC panel, UV printed with your full-colour design
1 x Pair of 5mm stainless steel quicklinks
PDF artwork proof before production begins
Artwork should be supplied as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF with outlines) or a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 100dpi or above at final print size. Text must be outlined if your file is vector-based. A PDF proof will be provided for your approval before the panel goes to print.
This product comes with single-sided print as standard. Double-sided print is available as an add-on at checkout, printing your full-colour design on both faces of the panel for maximum visibility from either direction.
Because the panel is white foam PVC, your artwork colours will print accurately without the need for a white ink backing layer. For best results, set your colour profile to CMYK before supplying files. The white substrate is particularly well suited to photographic imagery and full-colour brand designs.
Foam PVC is a weather-resistant material and handles normal UK outdoor conditions well. As with all foam PVC panels, avoid permanent installation in positions that receive prolonged direct intense sunlight, as this can cause warping over time in exposed south-facing locations. If your installation is in a fully exposed outdoor position, contact us to discuss alternative panel material options.
Wall fixings for the projecting bracket are not included. The correct fixing type depends on your wall construction — masonry anchors for brick or block, appropriate structural fixings for timber framing. If you are unsure of the right fixing method for your wall, consult a qualified installer before fitting. This sign projects 750mm from the wall and will carry wind loading in outdoor locations, so it is important that the bracket is fixed into sound, solid wall structure.
Before installation, confirm that your wall is structurally suitable for a projecting bracket at the intended position. Check that the fixing points are solid and that there are no concealed services behind the wall at the drill locations.
Hold the projecting bracket against the wall at the correct height and mark the fixing hole positions. Use a spirit level to confirm the bracket is level before marking.
Drill and fix the projecting bracket to the wall using fixings appropriate for your wall type (not included). Tighten all fixings fully and check the bracket is secure and does not move.
Attach the stainless steel quicklinks to the hanging loops on the projecting bracket. Close and tighten each quicklink gate fully by hand, then give a quarter-turn with a spanner to seat it.
Hook the hanging frame onto the quicklinks. Adjust so the panel hangs level, then check that the foam PVC panel is seated correctly and securely in the hanging frame.
For outdoor installations, check all connections after 48 hours. Inspect the bracket fixings, quicklinks and hanging frame every three to six months and after any period of high winds, replacing any worn or damaged components as required.
